This is a bit of a quick and dirty fix but I think you'll see how you might solve the problem of the lopped off steeple. Not sure if there was a cross at the top of the steeple but that to could be improvised. Nice color. I spent a night in Piran a few years ago and really enjoyed it. 

Very nice colors, the sky reflecting on the water adds to the dusk feel to the photo.
