kslonaker 0 Posted August 30, 2003 I can't see enough details in this photo. If his eyes had been lighted somewhat, it would have helped a lot. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted August 30, 2003 I feel this picture lacks a little focus meaning wise. I guess this monkey is having a really bad time, suffering. If that's the idea, I think not using fill flash and other ways of making the picture clearer are just right. Anyway I feel there's a little lack of cohesion, it's not easy for me to put it all together, may be some extra sharpness and ahadow latitude would help. In this specific case, it's a highly subjevtive opinion, anyway. Link to comment
ciofalo 0 Posted August 30, 2003 Looks very sad and disturbing. If you wished to convey the sadness and squalor of a captive animal, then you did it - there is also an Auschwitz-looking tattoed number. It is true that a less harsh light, and the possibility of better seeing the sad eyes of the monkey, would have enhanced the impact. As a casual animal shot, I would strongly recommend to avoid captive animals in zoos. Link to comment
tc_reed 0 Posted August 30, 2003 This instantly altered my moode. Please, no more like this. Or, find this monkey a new home where it will live long and prosper. Maybe smile. Link to comment
