Wayne Sadler 738 Posted May 20, 2013 Ancient Vedic wisdom has it that for a brief moment when we first awake in the morning (that fleeting moment just before our intelligence returns and we recognize this world, the names of things, who we think we are, etc.) there is no difference between the ordinary person and a saint. Sometimes in my brief moments of "not knowing" plants and flowers are liberated in my seeing and become all manner of characters and stories to be told. Comments and critique are welcome. photo by patsy dunn 1 Posted May 20, 2013 Wayne, I agree with Becky this one is a winner, that should be printed & hung on the wall. Take care, Patsy Link to comment
Wayne Sadler 738 Posted May 22, 2013 Thanks, Becky and Patsy for your notice and kind comments. I think I am trying with these flower images to give some insight into the creative process or at least my creative process - when two realities, the realities in the imagination play freely with the realities of the outside world and making both realities conform to a personal sense of design or composition. alfbailey 4 Posted May 30, 2013 I really like the transluscent quality of the petals and the finely detailed fronds like shapes in the foreground. I think one of the most difficult aspects of photography is to come up with an original flower image, but you have done it here and with great style.Excellent series too! Compliments & Best Regards Alf Link to comment
