The degree of red saturation in the background really overpowers the composition.  Sampling a red in her clothing would tone down the red background, but I question red  for the background at all.  I am uploading my preference for your image which brings in cyan for the background to provide color contrast with the model.  I hope this is helpful.  Good luck.
