Pierre Dumas 285 Posted May 9, 2013 Jamie, scientifically everything is endless, the small is endlessly small, IE consists of endless number of contents etc! Therefore there IS no simplicity. In our mind there is complex and less complex, in our perception we see things that way, but it is simplification we do due to the limitations of our mind and perceptive capabilities! On this picture our visual and intellectual perception at first glance sees 13 elements, 13 layers to be exact, but each of them has a lot more elements even for our limited perceptions! On the other hand, a simple picture with only one color and nothing else has let's say 15000000 Pixels, the same number this one has if they are presumably the same size! Still, we see this one as complex and the white one as simple as can be! It's all illusionI'm kidding, ha!Seriously, the Rembrandt's Night watch or whatever it's name is, consists of numerous different, each one with his one numerous characteristics elements! Meaning you may like a simple circle on a picture, but the masters were more esteemed if they did something grandiose as the Night watch! PDE Link to comment
John Peri 1,032 Posted May 10, 2013 An interesting comment added by you on the "infinitely small" Pierre. What characterizes quantum physics, where other rules break down, is that every possible pathway is taken into consideration in the evaluation of the final product, alike with many of your creations .. : -) Link to comment
kathyb 54 Posted May 11, 2013 There is a lot going on here but dam if I know what it all means! Ha! Great imagination you have, for sure! Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 285 Posted May 13, 2013 Thank you Janusz, John, MY, Kathy and Mark! Your critiques made me happy! Kathy, there is only a desperado who confessed, a nun who is going to clean the mess he had presumably done and a neutral observer from the desert! Mark, I'm glad you envy me, ha! PDE Link to comment
