Wild Horses, Theodore Roosevelt National Park

Shot in late spring, the foal couldn't have been more a few weeks old.

I was with a photography workshop at Theodore Roosevelt National

Park. The leader had spotted this family and correctly calculated

where they'd cross the main park road. We had about 90 minutes with

the family before they finally took off.
