It's an image that I like very much, Dustin, for the simple geometry and the sense of security dues to the horizontal lines.

For an advice: straighten the lines. I try to imagine a bit different color in the middle band (under the bridge). Just a thought.

I like the photograph, conceptually.  There are some issues with your execution, IMO.  I see that you've chosen the white line in the rail bridge as your basis for horizontal, leaving the actual horizon to dip on the left and the top of the train to rise from right to left.  Given the crop (which I like, btw), you have some room at the top and bottom to pinch (using the perspective tool) the left side which would improve and unify your horizontals.   I'm also not a fan of the unnecessary softening of the image and would be interested in your reasoning for it's application... maybe you'll change my mind!

The long exposure and resulting abstract is brilliant and the tones of your photograph are very good.  My criticisms aren't meant to imply that this is a bad photograph.  On the contrary, this is a good photograph that strives to be great.

the bridge crosses the lake at a very strange angle! i want to reshoot to adjust the horizons but its a tough shot! softening is applied for mood! thanks for the wonderful feedback my friends. cheers
