Although I am not entirely new to photography, I am always eager to

learn, so any comment will be appreciated very much.

This is well composed. The use of long exposure works excellent and the handling of the colors is superb.

Hi Lars,

The different lines given by the nets, fishing stakes and the horizon add a great tension to the composition. Well done. Great B/W tonality btw. 

Nice mood and lines. The long shutter has given it a somewhat dream like effect. I would clone out the sensor dust spots in the water. One near the left edge about half way up and the other slightly higher over on the right.

Thank you all for your comments, and thanks Gregory for identifying the dust spots. I thought I had removed them all, but obviously I had not - I must get that sensor cleaned soon.
