Normally flowers or greenery are not expected on sand. Lush green

creepers with mauve flowers on the sandy Catamaran Beach in Negombo,

Sri Lanka caught my attention because of their delicate structure,

beauty & contrast with the sand. 'Flowers on Sand' was captured on my

hand-held DSLR (Canon 550 D) through Canon 18-55 mm kit-lens. Comments

& suggestions are solicited.
