Taking nothing from your lovely capture........... your caption/story alludes to the Eagle protecting its nest and by its posture, is looking downwards. My rendition (based on the above) tries to encapsulate his "downward-looking protective stance".............. I have tweaked the contrast and clarity a touch

Just a different point of view in terms of presentation................ a lovely image though...........well done.
