Fishing boats moored at the mouth of the River Teifi, west Wales.

Almost got a soking for this one as the tide turned and the small

stream I needed to cross on the other side of the estuary swelled to

a river just below the top of my boots.

What a beautiful image, Antony. I think that you have taken the true mood of the sunset: a nostalgic feeling for the day that is dieing.
Take care.

Hello Anthony,

This is a beautiful evocative image. Thank you for your comments on my work.

Wales is one of my favorite places and I visit frequently since my inlaws live in the Porthmadog are and yes, the sun does shine occasionally, all the best, Alfredo

Antony,

Seems as though I'm usually drawn to your "Boats" folder every time I visit your gallery! Of course, I have a love too for Boats and watercraft!

I was really drawn to this one, . . . "It just has a mood about it and one can feel the bit of warmth from the low sun as well as the damp air!"

Wonderful composition and lighting, the bit of color in the clouds from the low Sun is the icing on the cake for me! . . . peaceful!

Regards always,

Jim j.

Being a Scandinavian I particularly like images that capture the soft Nordic light. Excellent composition that give a certain peace to the scene.
