This series is inspired by silent films, especially of the gothic

horror kind. I tried to copy the exotic characters, the theatrical

make up, even on the male actors, and the dramatic poses. Finally I

printed the photos with a dirty overhead sheet over the paper to

create an old and worn look. Did I succeed?

Had to read explanation to understand the pic - I see what you were trying to get at with the silent film effect...
