Hi John: Your lighting is always spot on and I especially like the soft lighting that you regularly achieve. Is there any chance you could describe of show your general lighting setup? I would love to pick up some pointers. 

This image knocks it out of the park and is just the look I would like to learn.

Thank you Jim and Tom.  The main light for this shot was a 15 inch beauty positioned to the left and above the model. To get more directional, yet soft light I fitted a diffuser and a honeycomb grid as well.  I used a second kicker light using a shoot through umbrella on the left side of the model's head.  A silver reflector was used on the right side of the image to bounce some light back filling some light from under.
