Wonderful eyes on a relaxed face just on the verge of a smile is a good way to capture a beautiful face.  Interesting skin tone and eye color is the result of post processing that is reasonably subtle.  The picture tilt and the white dress are the only things that lower the rating a bit for me.  It looks like she is carrying a big slab of rock and is about to drop it on her boyfriend in the background!  The white dress is the brightest thing in the composition and leads my eyes away from her face and down and out of the frame.  I am unloading my version of your image for your consideration.  A lot of this sort of thing is personal preference and your original does have merit.  Good luck.
