Great wide aspect ratio... it really compliments the composition well.  Perfect placement of the horizon and the muted color pallet is beautiful.

Thanks Tommy, R A and Mike! I was very lucky with the weather that day. It also attracted some skiers on the ice. I bet they weren't freezing their fingers off like I was.
