I sadly rated this a 4, although you got some very good ratings. I don't like the cut off hat. People often think this looks good and it's something new and different. It is! However it's too much. Another problem I feel is the rule of thirds. The photo isn't balanced. It is devided in or about the half mark, the head is the top half, the bottom is the lower half. From the shoulders down is pretty much useless. Your lighting is Excellent. The eyes really pop. I'd crop just under the chin. Then you have the 3rd's. The hat on top the eyes in the middle and the nose on down is the lower third. I would also soften the face just a little. Feel free in emailing me for more decussions.
