Very, very nicely composed and assembled.  When I saw this I thought "This is a Bee-House, Bee-Ware" would be an apt title...  The 3D effect screams STAY BACK!

Your love of nature, coupled with your keen eye have done it again... created a masterpiece.

A real eye grabber. Love the dimension you created here with the choice of color for the frame. It all works Gail! What an artist you are!

I remember when you were struggling with your new macro lens and have to say you've come a long way since then. Now it just seems to be another tool in your considerable tool box. I didn't care too much for the framing on the "Spiderman" picture since it didn't seem to fit the very contemporary appearance of the little hero but here your framing choices are right on the money. The bee's wings projecting into the frame gives you the feeling that he's about to escape from the screen and go buzzing by your ear.

You are right about the frame of my little 'spidey boy'. I realize that in retrospect. I still struggle with the 100mm at times. This shot was taken in 2008!!! I was having a fabulours day with that lens!!! Glad you like the effect I was trying to make with this frame Jack, many thanks for dropping by. Always appreciate your thoughts.

It is very impressive that it has the 3D effect.  it is coming out of the frame.  Great.  Best Regards,
