Good composition!  I love the juxtaposition of the faces on the posters with the man on the street.

Also, a good choice to convert to B&W.  Would probably be too busy in color.

This might be cropped a little too tight on left and right, but I don't know what you cut out so I assume you made the best choice.

Overall a very nice street photo that makes me smile.
