Letchworth State Park - NY

Please see my comments on your other Letchworth shot.  This one magnificently captures the incredible variety in color and texture in the various rock strata.

Hi Tony, Great colors. However I feel a little lost in this snap, not able to stop at one thing. Going by other's comments, I am the only guy to have this feeling and could be missing something.

I am a little behind in responding to all of your  supporting comments on this image.

I just wanted to give you some of my thoughts as I got down quite low but being careful to stay at a height below which I know that I would not get clarity and focus in the foreground. I saw this as a kind of natural abstract. The patterns, textures and colors in the foreground were the main interest for me. The mist and waterfall were the cake icing and also gives some context to the image.
