Javed,  Nice capture - the colors, light, and composition in this image are quite good.  I took the liberty to reduce the highlights some in the middle light spot.  I also opened the shadows by the foreground reeds.  Also, I added a touch more sharpening.  I don't know if you'll see the difference in the small image on PN.  Nice work.  Best to you.  Larry
