I have a couple of images like this one and am pleased you posted this wonderful example. The lighting shows her form in a lovely way.

Many find any view of vulva to be vulgar. The structure of this part of the female anatomy is beautiful, especially when rendered as you have, John. It is the rare model who is willing to have this view captured, I am pleased you found one who allowed you to create this.

Well John, you once remarked on one of my photos "... naughty, clever, bravo"

I can think of no better reply than the same to you, my friend.

Well good for you John!  Here lies God's most beautiful creation, followed by woman herself!  Is it art?  Absolutely!  Is it shameful?  God no!  The only thing missing (for me) is her nice bush to go with it, but hey, it's the fad... what can I say?  Lovely!

Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year my friend!  Best regards, Michael

A contemporary "L'Origne du Monde"?  This could also be in the Musee d'Orsay. I am sure Courbet would approve! Kudos to both you and the model.

by the way, excellent lighting.

Beautiful image, love the lighting / shadows. The skin texture is superb, certainly a wonderful close up. Excellent.

While I like the angle and curves I don't think it's the best lighting. Besides looking a bit on the orange side I think a less dramatic look could have improved the image. Still, it's tastefully done.

Interesting shot of the Mount of Venus. It is not easy to make this area appealing in a photo. Is it overexposed a bit? I always admire your photos.

I'm rather surprised by unanimous rapturous chorus.

I have the impression that men here see THIS too rarely in real life :)... or they praise the picture (habitually) in the first place because it made by the well-known and authoritative erotic photographer.

Surely THIS part of a woman's body is magnificent and desirable, but for my taste the PHOTO looks too simple and not so aesthetic.

Thank you everyone for your contributions. I tried to portray the forms in all simplicity, as some have pointed out, so as to remove the mystery and the erotic connotation often associated with such closeups. Some will like it others not, I fully understand and respect these different points of view, thank you once again.
