I'm not sure - what you're trying to say with this image - perhaps you're unsure as well.

It's tonally flat - with competing areas of interest. 

There's camera movement throughout with the foreground a little less sharp than the rest - If it is selective focus, don't whisper when you can shout.

Clean your sensor and refine your vision.
