Another display of your photographic skills. i don't understand the 2 second exposure - I figure you are using a strobe of some sort- but how do you capture a specific phase of the drop?

Hi Gregory and Verena

Thank you for your comment. When I make a high speed shot the exposure time is set by the flash, not by the camera. The flash is set to 1/128 of the normal output. That gives a very short flash duration around 1/35.000 sec.
I take the picture in a dark room. The exposure time is set to 2 sec on the camera, but the exposure period is set by the flash. The result is that the water drops are frozen. I use Camara Axe's trigger system to trigger the camera and the flash at the right time.

Even the image taking process is hard to follow,but the fact remains that the result is most impressive.Bravo for this excellent work!
