Lovely moody image; I can understand people wondering whether (and how) you created the areas of blur versus the sharp outlined tram and lantern - it adds a lot to the mood of this photo. To me, it doesn't really matter whether it was photoshop or captured this way, the important thing is: it works, and it works really well.
