Janis, This has an interesting quality of two elements competing: the square pattern of the glass blocks and the organic form of the figure and face.  I wonder if you thought of concentrating upon that contrast by cropping to a smaller part of the whole.

I do agree with Jerry's crop. You should make sure the horizontal lines are really horizontal. Yours are a tad slanted. I would crop a bit off the left side of Jerry's to make the outside border more consistent.

The teal colored squares in the lower right part of the window draws my attention away from your subject. I don't think this helps the photograph. I would make it into a black and white or maybe a black and with a warm tone if you wanted her skin tone warmer.
