Looks underexposed to me as the whites seem a little gray. Maybe a slight boost in levels (just to the whites) would improve this image. By only adjusting the whites you wouldn't loose that...almost ethereal feel you have. Of course this is just my opinion and like I try to always say, "if it pleases the artist who created it, it's a success". Very nice image all the same.
