Wonderful color scheme

Would make a wonderful childrens book illustration. It has a fantasy feel to it.

Excellent pastel colors - was this enhanced at all? Did you use any filters? Looks like a painting. It seems like the perfect, cheery little town that everyone would want to live in. Nice work!

colored, I used ps to enhance the color with increased saturation

It looks like Tenby, but it could be quite a few places. I like the "painting" effect, but you might want to think about cloning out the cars.
