Johnson,

You have a very attractive model, a wonderful look on her face, well lighted and a perfect exposure.  My one major criticism is that you have cropped off the top of her head in a portrait.  Now, if you were doing a closeup of just her face, I could understand it.  But this is clearly a portrait.

Perhaps I am biased because I read an ancient book on photo composition in (about) 1955.  It had a whole chapter discussing varying opinions about how much space to leave "above" the head.  There was absolutely no consideration of how much of the head to eliminate altogether.  I suspect it is wide screen movies and the horizontal TV format that has made us less sensitive to this.

You might want to consider that in one eye there is one highlight and the other has two.  That can simply be retouched in post processing.
