3m 0 Posted November 25, 2012 Quite the sexy voluptuous vibe... I like the attention drawn to the pouting lips, seen through the triangular chain. Very nicely 'curved' within the frame... The softly toned monochrome somehow seems to undercut the impact of the scene slightly...(mutes a potentially even stronger sexy vibe & graphic effect perhaps), but that may have been the feel you were after... Jack McRitchie 150 Posted December 8, 2012 I always seem to be following Marjolein and she has such a clear and natural way of getting to the heart of a picture it doesn't allow me much to add. I'm not sure what makes a great picture, what peculiar chemistry is involved. I do know that a photographic instant can't be reduced to a list of rules in a "How to Take Great Pictures" text. One must have a handle on technique and some facility of composition, of course, but it is the instinctive reaction to the possibilities of the moment that I believe is most important. This picture certainly shows your ability to slow down time enough to isolate the single, telling moment. Link to comment
tonmestrom 4 Posted December 9, 2012 thanks to both of you and yes Marjolein, that was exactly the feeling I was after ;-)Besides, it prints extremely well. Good to hear of you both. I'm very busy doing some other photographic work. Quite a blast too but very time consuming. Link to comment
celasun 0 Posted December 23, 2012 We see only a hint of her eyes; they are meant to leave the scene to the lips, I believe.Nice to see you submit here as well, Ton :) Link to comment

saintelmo21 38 Posted January 25, 2013 Perfect timing and precise post-processing. How is it that you keep getting better when you were already so good? Most of all it's good to see you are still active on PN. I've missed you (er...in an agape sort of way) on the S&D forum. So, I'll have to start checking in on your website for more quality street work. Link to comment
