Derrick,  

  You have a superb composition in this close up image of a honey bee doing it daily gathering of food and simultaneous fertilization of the flower.  However, it is much too dark.  If you look at the histogram of the image you will see it is quite underexposed.  Luckily, your file has enough information that the histogram can be corrected.  You might want to consult any of several web articles that contain the phrase "expose to the right."

Jerry, I have a question about how you can access the histogram for this image.  Where do you find it?  Personally, I prefer something between the darker and lighter version, but I'm not sure how accurate my monitor is.
