What about this one? How would you qualify the mood? I found this spot

in a huge local cimetary where this herb (marjory, I guess, but I may

be wrong) has invaded large tracts of land and was blooming. It called

for some kind of surreal treatment, of course - this is a slide

montage, no PS tricks here.

I've never heard of the technique but this picture sure looks interesting. The mood I feel is sureal, something out of a fantasy...it is a very intriguing picture

Too manipulated for my taste but I like the idea a lot.

This is creativity! I like that you haven't done much with the "montage" - but it turns out to be just about what this photo needed...it's definitely eye-catching! Nice work!

I like the way the colors bleed onto the grave stone.

Your forum posting has made me look here and cry. Not because of the actual photo but the ratings. Maybe photo.net will be dead to any good photogs if they cannot implement something like the curators. Sigh.

 

I like how your sandwich turned out. It suits the subject matter of the photo exactly. It makes me feel like the person is truly resting in peace. I do not know what the invasive flower/herb might be. The colors flowing over the cold stone of the gravestone seem to assure me that there might be a heaven afterall. The colors are wonderfull and the composition is delightfull. Sevens from me!

Added later: Have you noticed how the gravestone looks like a footprint? Oh my I could read all sorts of things into this photo, now!!
