Still working on it. This batch had a little less objectionable reflections

and a little bit of extra interest, in the form of the broccoli tree and

better mountains. Let me know what you think.

You're on the right creative track. Lots of ways to go with this.


This one gets me thinking on terraforming Mars or something like that. Might be the orange toning. I also get a strong "Robinson Crusoe" vibe. And a bit about the fragile nature.

I think that I want to try doing a snow globe type effect next. Unfortunately, choosing a properly substrate is going to be an issue. Flour turned yellow (maybe from the dish soap I've been using, it is green) and ordinary table sugar would just melt. The issue is that the scene must be wetted AND have some soap all over it before the bubble survives transiting over sharp objects (coffee fog rounds are pretty sharp if you are a bubble) and odd shapes. I'm thinking maybe powdered sugar or icing.
