Considering nestling our in March/April. My reason is that you can see that this bird have sharp ending feather. This eagle have very strong characteristic in this. This is commonly seen and obvious for WBSE below 2nd year. Dark Terminal Band are broad and at least to me tail and flight feather show no sign of moulting yet."
