A beauty - I love the water movement you've captured and the contrast with the fall colors at the bottom of the frame. The combination is very refreshing. If I had a suggestion it would be to think about cloning out the branch at the top left, which could be a distraction.

Beautiful waterfall, nicely composed image.  I like the rich colours in the foreground.  It would be interesting to see a second version, though, this time with the leaves in the top left hand corner cropped or cloned out.
