Moon, September 2012

That is really a beautiful and crisp shot of the Moon.  It feels as if shot from space. 

Thank you Alex... I wish I could say it was, but the Canon 500mm and a little cropping did the work of a rocket ship.

The photo is sharp and exposed well.  However, the moon has an obvious bluish cast.  Another shot of the moon in your portfolio has a more natural gray color.  Did you intend for this to be a "blue moon"?
