The FG vs BG is also well composed , the real problem is the use of light ,the faces are very shadowed and therefor the FG child details are not well seen. a tiny bit farthere from the tree would have lighted both better.I think that a bit more practice will help you to get better result as the 'models 'are beautiful ! timzeipekis 5 Posted September 28, 2012 I learned a lot from my first "real" portrait shoot and also realized hat a challenge it is to be able to work and think quickly (especially with young children!). After the dust settled and I was able to view these on my laptop, I realized a lot of the learning opportunities that were there. I agree, the lighting was one of the biggest issues. I think tying them to the tree would have been helpful as well LOL!! Thankfully, they had a blast and they've been anxious to do it again for me. Thanks for stopping by! Link to comment
