Stick to collages.

this isn't a horrible image, but i think your collages are much better. Technically there isn't much here, visually there's a little more, originality, well, adding an oddball sky is an old trick. Though i do not put a lot of stock into originality, and it works better in this image than most.

I like the composition and the colors are nice. But I am left wondering "is he saying something here, or is he saying nothing at all?" which brings me to the conclusion that your intent is unclear: is it an expression of postindustrial europe or is it a simple exercise; if it's an exercise then there isn't much to discuss, if it's a statement it isn't very clear.

I'd give it a O:3 A:4-5
