richard blount 0 Posted July 12, 2003 Nice detail in the fg, the road is nicely positioned, a little less cropped off the top would be nice but overall it is a very lovely IR image - Richard. Link to comment

margaret_s. 0 Posted July 12, 2003 Love the surreal quality of it. Nice composition but yeah... definitely surreal. It's great! Link to comment
carol_watson 0 Posted July 13, 2003 Robert, I'm really enjoying your infrared shots! I like the soft faded colors. The clarity is marvelous and angle at which you've composed this is terrific too! I like how everything converges to one point -- the road, the treeline along the road and the tree line in the distance. Link to comment

trevor_hopkins 0 Posted July 13, 2003 The unconventional coloured IR technique certainly gives an other-worldly quality to the pic. The stormy sky and pallid colours create an unsettling, foreboding mood in my mind, as though all life and colour were leaching from the land. We appear to have a lot of tarmac to contemplate, and I'm not keen on the very dark bottom-left corner or that ghostly pale patch in the middle, but otherwise it's a good, eye-catching image. chris_dove 0 Posted July 13, 2003 I'm impressed, especially since I was riding my bike down that road only a few weeks ago. What's the bright patch in the center of the photo? If it's PS'd, I'd prefer a smoother transition from dark to light. Otherwise I find it a nice, original use of the location. Link to comment
roberto4 0 Posted July 15, 2003 the pale spot in the middle is on every shot. must be caused by the filter , I don't know? Link to comment
dave_werner 0 Posted July 25, 2003 Possibly the best color infrared photo that Ive ever seen. Link to comment
