I believe you have two images going on here---a square portrait crop starting a little below her medal to the top, and the remainder is a horizontal crop showing arms and clothing pattern for an abstract image.  Cut off limbs lead the eye away from her face and out of the composition for a portrait.  She has good expression with that "lost in thought" look.  Her skin color varies depending upon which building is reflecting light onto her.  I am uploading my preference for your image.  I used an adjustment layer to bring out hair detail and curves to change her skin tone to a warmer tone.  I took a snapshot and used the history brush to return the background color to your original cooler tones, which I think contrast well with her warmer skin color.  You have a nice initial capture with great facial modeling from the existing light which gives a soft highlight to shadow raito.  I envy you because you get around, take great images, and provide us with eye candy!

Thanks John for your rework & suggestions all though I like the idea of showing off her shape as well. Her skin colour is close to the original but as Les has pointed out a green bias. Her left arm could have been cropped better. Thanks Jon for your take which seems to have bit more contrast & colour. Thanks Grigoriy & Starvey for your good comments & suggestions.          Regards John
