Pallid Cuckoo

Today was the first time I'd met this bird in my garden but apparently

they are very common in Australia. Her call caught my attention, so I

grabbed my camera (always at the ready) and headed out to find her on

the TV antenna. I had to crane my neck and shoot straight up into an

insipid sky to catch her between tree branches which is why the

background is so dull. Thanks for looking Louise

Well you did a great job getting her so sharp and clear. I actually like the background...I think it adds somehow to the shot.
