"Crossed up Pelicans"

While "scouting" an area for some future Bald Eagle shooting, this

group of Pelicans flew directly overhead and were startled when I swung

my gear into position for a shot.

Nice shot, Jim.  I expect the American White Pelicans will arrive in Dallas by mid-October as usual.  Alas, I am to far south to see them.  I love watching the pelicans, so I thank you for sharing this image.
