Bay Bridge, summer morning

Looking forward to your critical advice,

I like the contrast (of emotions - forboding with a ray of light)

Now, that's a sky that can support a photograph! It's a wonderful composition all on its own, and the bridge sitting there beneath it just sets it off marvelously.

 

It's not the tiny little cranes under the bridge that bother me, but the ones that look like some weird insect chewing on the island. Makes me reach for the swatter, they do.

This one has a lot of character. Dark skies with blue and light shining through plus subtle details in the water. Very cool bridge shot.

Peter, at first I thought this was a little to dark for my liking, but the blue skies that are peaking through add so much to the ominous clouds surrounding the break. I also like bridge in the background. This is an overall great shot.
