Great capture of such a smiling little girl, yet the poverty they live in is evident. She seems to be taking good care of the little boy. (or maybe it is a girl). Seems to have a problem with the one eye. I see shots like this and my heart goes out to them. Yet despite their circumstances, it is all they know, good to see 'smiles'.

Nice pose and smiles. Would be even better if you could tone down the brightness/overexposure of the background and sky. Not sure that there is anything to be recovered from the sky.
