its an impressive image Hugo, pastel like colors are very appalling to me

one question in regards to blurry  sky

unless there was a very windy day

was  exposure time long enough to blur sky like that

it not,

do you apply radial blur or smudge brush or you paint over  ?

or combination of what?

This is a beautiful result. I suspect that this may be Photoshopping two different images together. I am OK with that but people who buy prints will probably need to know that upfront.
