Very nice panoramic shot, although I wish that there was more detail in the photo. Maybe more of a close-up?

 

 

I took this shot with the G2 at maximum focal length. This panorama is only 1/3 of the actual image, i had to crop the upper 2/3 of the image. With a bigger format, i could have gotten more detail, but you use what you got.

Maybe after i buy the EOS 1Ds some day....

This is great, the dark ground sets it apart from most night shots in my opinion.

 

You were talking about getting a bigger format - perhaps you could use several exposures and "stitch" them, if you don't think that's cheating. But this one is great as it is.
