morey_kitzman 0 Posted July 9, 2003 I was driving around Lake Dillon, Colorado looking for a lake shot when I spotted this grass on the side of the road bathed in the early morning light. No lake shots, but the wind was still enough to allow for this capture. Thanks for your comments and ratings. Link to comment
kristian reinau 0 Posted July 9, 2003 This is a really aesthetic picture - almost "no" motive - but som nice collour! Link to comment

elaine_roberts1 0 Posted July 9, 2003 Wow! I love it, beautiful light and composition, and subject as well. A little slice off the bottom, getting rid of the stem and pointy edge of teh bottommost tuft would make it perfect (creates a diagonal line running from that tuft to the topmost tuft . "Tuft" is such a fun word!!) Link to comment
gearoid_osullivan 0 Posted July 9, 2003 Nice shot Morey, I like the way it catches the light. One of your many superb pictures. Link to comment
richard van hoesel 0 Posted July 10, 2003 Real nice Morey, for me the tufts look almost metallic and when combined with the limited DOF give this an unusual presence. I wonder if further blurring the background is worth considering too. Link to comment
tom atkian 0 Posted July 10, 2003 I found this to be very interesting. Good texture and color dispersment. Very Nice Photo Link to comment

gauthier 0 Posted July 10, 2003 The light is perfect, but the subject is too tightly cropped in the topand on the left. Link to comment
jerry_squires 0 Posted July 10, 2003 nice. Love the blend of colors and the lighting. Link to comment
michael_wagner2 0 Posted July 12, 2003 Spectacular! I wonder a little about the framing. The right side of the image is clean, but the left side has some of the grass tops cut off, as does the top. Link to comment
philipwong 0 Posted October 14, 2003 this image stands out from your extraordinary portfolio...may be it's just because it deviates from your many other epic-scale photos...and i wonder why it is not in the "my best images" folder...too easy a photo compared to your many other landscape endeavours?
