dougbraz 0 Posted July 25, 2012 Once you plant a leaf of a jade tree you can never stop! They just keep right on growing - and to my surprise, MANY moons later - I found out that they do in fact flower. Small little white starlets, nothing big and fancy, but flowers anyway. Little black beasties crawling all over the juicy stem courtesy of Mother Nature. Thanks for stopping by! Link to comment
Bachir 0 Posted July 26, 2012 Doug,It's a pretty good shot considering how difficult they are to photograph. I also like the background, I think it works very well. But the flowers are interesting, I' ve had and still have the same plant for many years and no flowers, so what 's the secret? Anyway, you definitely got the best out of it image wise. Best wishes, BT Link to comment
dougbraz 0 Posted July 27, 2012 BachirI share(d) your troubles.I have had one jade plant for about 15 years and only in the last three years has it flowered yearly. No secret to my "success" - I think just patience (and maybe some feeding that I seldom did..) Link to comment
