I think that a bit of cropping would make this image better. It almost seems that the image is boxed in with black areas. Otherwise, i love the streaks in the water. Great Job.

I'd suggest shooting just another 5-10 mins earlier to record more light in the sky and a much longer expopsure with slower film will blur those reflections very nicely.
