Lighting is great! Only thing I could think of is to maybe dodge some of the highlights in her eye to make them pop a little bit more - currently you can barely tell what color they are. Otherwise great skin tone!

Very nice portrait.  Great lighting, interesting background ( is that a poodle over her left shoulder? ) and a bit of vignetting.

yes that is her dog in the background, and I did a slight vignette to this. I felt it helped to create a little more depth to the presentation.
