gamini_wettewe 0 Posted July 25, 2012 Beautiful colors and nice details of the bee. If only you would have got the front portion of the bee in focus. Anyway nice shot.RegardsGamini Link to comment
jim_j2 9 Posted July 26, 2012 Many thanks for your visits and encouraging comments and, for sharing your valuable time! Yes Gamini, now that you mention it, the forward parts of the Bee are a bit out of focus. I haven't used the 100mm f/2.8 Macro very much for actual Macro, so I was out getting a little practice in. The DOF is so shallow here at f/3.2, I suppose next time I'll need to try f/4.0 in the same scenerio! As I remember, . . . I was more worried about maintaining a higher shutter speed due to being Hand-Held. Thanks all!Regards always,Jim j. Link to comment
jim_j2 9 Posted July 31, 2012 Found the colours interesting during a trip around the yard with the EF100 Macro and took a few Hand-Held shots a couple of weeks ago. The Hybrid IS on this lens is simply fantastic! Thanks for taking the time to view, comment/critique, rate and, for allowing me the opportunity to share. Jim j. Link to comment
